4. Provide profitability analysis by project/segment/channel recommend levers to improve returns.
5. Support pricing/scheme decisions with analytics, guardrails and approval-ready packs.
6. Evaluate capex/investment proposals track returns vs plan and perks realization.
7. Improve MIS quality: KPI definitions, data hygiene and automation requirements with IT/teams.
8. Partner SBUs/projects on decision-making challenge assumptions and drive outcome accountability.
