Business Central Functional Consultant (ERP Troubleshooter)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly within the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, delivering effective ERP solutions, and ensuring smooth system operations for our client organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities
- Implement and configure modules related to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Production Planning
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare functional documents (FRD, BRD)
- Work closely with technical teams for customization and integrations
- Provide UAT support, user training, and documentation
- Handle day-to-day support issues and ensure system stability
- Coordinate with stakeholders to improve ERP processes and workflows
- Assist in data migration, testing, and go-live activities
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Hands-on experience in Manufacturing processes (BOM, Routing, Production Orders, MRP)
- Understanding of Finance and Inventory modules
- Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of integration with third-party systems is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Business Central (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience working with large enterprise clients
Work Setting:
- Work from Office (Kolkata location)
- Client-facing role with exposure to enterprise-level ERP implementation
