Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business & Automation Analyst who can work closely with leadership and internal teams to analyze business performance, identify operational gaps, and drive data-driven and automation-led improvements.

The role will involve business and sales analytics, dashboards, MIS reporting, process analysis, workflow automation, system integrations, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, decision-making, revenue, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor business, sales, operational, and customer performance through key metrics and dashboards.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, business analysis, and management presentations.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with founders and leadership on strategic, analytical, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify repetitive, manual, and inefficient processes and develop automation-based solutions.
- Build and manage workflow automations using N8N, Zoho, and similar automation platforms.
- Work on API integrations, JSON, webhooks, and data flows between CRM and other business systems.
- Use Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python for data cleaning, analysis, transformation, and reporting.
- Design and maintain dashboards for tracking business performance, initiatives, and key developments.
- Track initiatives and measure their impact through relevant metrics and reporting.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand requirements, improve processes, and ensure effective implementation.




- Support CRM and system integrations to improve data accuracy and flow across functions.
- Explore and implement AI-based automation for reporting, alerts, customer processes, and repetitive business tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation of processes, requirements, workflows, automations, and analytical findings.
- Prepare regular/monthly presentations and reports for management highlighting performance, insights, progress, and key action areas.

Required Skills

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and business reporting.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with N8N, Zoho, or similar automation tools.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience in building and maintaining dashboards and MIS reports.
- Good understanding of business processes, data flows, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently identify problems and develop practical, data-driven solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in business performance, sales, or operational analytics.
- Experience in digital transformation or process automation projects.
- Understanding of ETL/data transformation and data modelling.
- Experience working with cloud-based tools and business applications.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or service-based organizations is a plus.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
