Business Analyst Expense Management

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers to understand and gather requirements for the Expense Management Tool.

- Understand customer expense processes, policies, workflows, approval matrices, and reporting needs.

- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and process flows.

- Coordinate with Product, Technology, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure requirements are correctly delivered.

- Conduct requirement discussions, UAT, product demonstrations, and support implementation activities.

- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements based on customer needs.

Key Skills:

- Solid requirement gathering and business analysis skills.

- Excellent customer/stakeholder management and communication.

- Experience with BRD/FRD, user stories, and process documentation.

- Understanding of SaaS/product implementation and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in Expense Management, Finance, FinTech, ERP, or related domains will be an advantage.
