Job Summary –

A senior Business Analyst to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills

1. Minimum 8 years as a Business Analyst and a total experience of 14 years.
2. Past experience on Banking Projects is a Must.
3. Past experience on Mobile App development is highly desirable.
4. Past experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking is desirable.
5. Analyse, discuss and document recent functionalities / Requirements as per Agile Framework.
6. Understands our business, customers, strategic goals and how the teams operates in order to support the realisation of desired outcome by the team.
7. Assist the product owner with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog.

Create high level solution Approaches, pros and cons of each approach and creating the functional design documents which can be taken for the approval by the Design Authority.
9. Develop excellent stakeholder relationships and liaison with various stakeholders (including Infrastructure, PO, End users, interfacing teams) to understand the functional and non-functional changes required end-to-end.
10. Provide expert guidance to Production Support teams in case of customer impacting Impact.
11. Analyse and triage defects / Incidents.
12. Collaborate with designers and software developers to create the optimal User Experience
13. Assist the Product Owner with Stakeholder communication / management and in defining the MVP.
14. Participate in ideation sessions for new Products or Functionalities.
15. Communicate with other teams and stakeholders to identify, monitor and resolve dependencies
