About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, documentation, and supporting solution delivery to ensure business objectives are met effectively.Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Act as a liaison between business users, product teams, and technical teams
- Support solution design by clarifying requirements and validating proposed solutions
- Assist in UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect tracking
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflows
- Support change management and requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle




- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutionsSkills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Ability to create clear documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows)
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional technical and business teamsEducational Qualification
- No strict educational requirement
- Relevant experience and skills will be prioritized over formal degrees
- Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Domain experience (Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or IT products)
- Experience supporting UAT or business testing activities

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
