We are building a state-of-the-art cloud-based enterprise solution for an exciting FinTech / InsurTech product.

We are looking experienced Business Analysts who will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of business processes, associated system integration's, and the flow of data and thereby develop detailed user requirements and user stories for the business.

Requirements

0 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Requirements Analyst

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience working in an Agile team

Experience with Jira and other Agile requirements tools

Experience formulating business requirements in the form of User Stories

Experience with process and data mapping

Good understanding of business and technical terminology

Strong analytical skills

Ability to interface with both business and technical teams





Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Must be a strong team player

Have strong skills to understand and communicate software requirements to the team

Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies

Be a solid team player to ensure projects are delivered on-time

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Additional Qualifications (will be preferred)

- Scrum Certification

- Agile Certification

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
