Role Overview

We are looking for a

Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in

Business Analysis and Human Capital Management (HCM)

projects, preferably with exposure to

Talent and Performance Management

. The role involves requirements gathering, documentation, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, prototyping, testing, and coordination across the complete project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.

- Create and maintain Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

- Perform business analysis, gap analysis, and business process modeling.

- Develop prototypes and support solution definition.

- Ensure requirements are clearly understood by development and QA teams.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Coordinate system and integration testing and support defect resolution.

- Implement quality control processes and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.

- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

- Provide regular project status updates and stakeholder communications.

- Coordinate with business,



technology, product, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support continuous improvement and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.

- Experience working on Human Capital Management (HCM) projects.

- Exposure to Talent Management and Performance Management modules is preferred.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and gap analysis.

- Experience with business process modeling and prototyping.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Agile ceremonies.

- Experience in system/integration testing and quality assurance.

- Solid stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Proven ability to coordinate projects from initiation through closure.
