About The Role

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital as part of our expanding team working with a top US multinational corporation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale enterprise projects focused on digital transformation, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered business solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into effective technology solutions.

The position is 100% remote, providing flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a global team. The start date is immediate to within four weeks, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, product analysis, or systems analysis. Strong proficiency in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements is essential, along with experience preparing various requirement documents such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving,



and critical-thinking skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is required, along with experience using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are vital for success in this role. A background working remotely and managing distributed teams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development and implementation.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support solution design, validate features, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with production rollouts to ensure quality and functionality.
- Perform data analysis to uncover trends, generate business insights, and support decision-making processes.




- Assist with change management activities, including process documentation and the development of training materials for end-users.
- Ensure that all delivered solutions align with business objectives, meet customer expectations, and adhere to project scope and timelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
