Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Analyst role located in Delhi, India.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams. Daily responsibilities include conducting requirement workshops, mapping business processes, preparing use cases and user stories, and supporting solution design and validation. The role involves coordinating with development, QA, and project management teams, assisting in testing and user acceptance activities, and helping to refine workflows to improve efficiency.

The Business

Analyst will also prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.





Qualifications

- We are NOT looking for DATA SCIENTEST ROLE hence experience in (Power BI, Data Ops, Data Science) is not relevant as this is purely a SDLC based BA Role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience in data analysis, requirements analysis, and business process mapping.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements through use cases, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and collaboration with technical, QA, and project management teams.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and present findings clearly.
- Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project tracking systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams, and willingness to learn domain-specific processes and systems.
