Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst – Pre-Sales to support our sales and delivery teams in understanding client requirements, developing solution approaches, and creating compelling proposals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze client business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Participate in client discovery calls, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, and Technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
- Translate customer requirements into functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and solution specifications.
- Develop scope documents, effort estimations, assumptions, dependencies, and high-level project plans.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support solution positioning.
- Create compelling presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Support sales teams during client meetings, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend solutions based on customer needs.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals.
- Maintain reusable proposal content, case studies, credentials, and solution artifacts.
- Support transition of won opportunities from Pre-Sales to the Delivery/Implementation team.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and analysis.
- Experience in preparing proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Robust presentation and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to CRM tools and proposal management platforms.
- Experience with solution demonstrations or client workshops is an advantag
