We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, analysing business needs, documenting functional requirements, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of website development, application development, and digital marketing projects. The role involves working closely with clients, Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, Digital Marketing teams, and third-party vendors to ensure that project requirements are clearly understood, properly documented, and executed as planned.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Understand and analyse client business requirements, objectives, and processes.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, discovery calls, and workshops.
- Gather, analyse, document, and validate functional and business requirements.
- Translate client requirements into explicit and actionable specifications for design, development, and digital marketing teams.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflows, process flows, and functional specifications as required.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into solutions.
- Analyse requirements for corporate websites, e-commerce websites, web applications, mobile applications, and digital marketing projects.
- Coordinate with development teams on features, workflows, integrations, APIs, CMS requirements, and third-party services.
- Work with digital marketing teams to understand and document requirements related to SEO, Google Ads, social media, analytics, landing pages, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and third-party service providers involved in project execution.
- Communicate project requirements, specifications, timelines, and dependencies to vendors and follow up on deliverables.




- Coordinate with vendors for third-party integrations, APIs, hosting, payment gateways, software solutions, and other project dependencies.
- Track vendor deliverables and ensure they are aligned with approved requirements and project timelines.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential scope changes and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
- Review designs, prototypes, developed features, and vendor deliverables against approved requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with clients for feedback, validation, and approvals.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure projects progress according to agreed requirements and timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, decisions, approvals, changes, and project dependencies.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, scope documents, feature lists, presentations, and client documentation.
- Support the Sales and Business Development teams during pre-sales discussions and requirement analysis when required.

Requirements:

- - 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an IT, software development, digital agency, or technology environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of website development, application development, and digital marketing processes.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.




- Basic understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, APIs, databases, and application development concepts.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, and other digital marketing concepts will be an advantage.
- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Zoho Projects, Zoho Cliq, Microsoft Office, or similar tools is considered as a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and project dependencies.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

- - Experience working in a web development or digital agency environment.
- Exposure to web technologies.
- Understanding of mobile and web application workflows.
- Familiarity with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Exposure to SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or technology partners.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
