Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technology/development teams to understand requirements, analyse business processes, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, process analysis, and SDLC. The role involves working across multiple projects, managing requirements and backlogs, supporting solution design, and contributing to testing and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze and document detailed business requirements.
- Create clear, concise and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for business and process improvements.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements for technology solutions.
- Maintain and manage the project backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and prioritized.
- Conduct and lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Develop detailed business and process flows where required.
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and use data to support decision-making and improvements.
- Collaborate with business, development and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support solution design, prototyping and development activities through business analysis.
- Participate in projects within Scrum/Agile frameworks and support day-to-day development activities.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Support cost-benefit analysis and solution assessment.
- Support application testing, validation and project management activities.
- Translate business goals into clear project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify root causes and support solutions that improve efficiency and reduce process variation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software/technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
- Strong understanding of business and system workflows.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and project backlog management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, customers/users and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Exposure to SQL, APIs and up-to-date technology solutions.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of global supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing or distribution.
- Experience with system/process integrations.
- Knowledge of Power Query, Macros and advanced Excel formulas.
- Exposure to Power BI, Figma or Airtable.
- Knowledge of technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL, React and APIs.
- Experience working with different markets/regions and offshore teams.
