Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to continue an in-flight process mining and automation analysis. The role requires strong analytical discipline, SQL capability, and the ability to produce reproducible, evidence-based results under scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities

- Continue the established methodology for measuring process capacity using ERP data.
- Validate and normalize transaction data, including anomaly and exception checks.
- Convert transaction volumes into hours / FTE capacity.
- Document assumptions, queries, methodologies, and exceptions to ensure reproducibility.
- Deliver transparency packages and a prioritized automation pipeline.
- Maintain reusable documentation and a structured handover file.




- Collaborate with developers to define and specify automation requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in business process analysis/improvement, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments.
- Proven experience in process discovery using system event and transaction data.
- Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and date-filtered queries.
- Strong quantitative discipline, with experience converting data into metrics, capacity, cost, and FTE estimates.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms, including RPA, dashboards, and API integrations.
- Ability to write clear functional requirements that developers can implement.
- Fluent qualified English with strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications – Not Required

- Exposure to process mining platforms such as Celonis, UiPath, or SAP Signavio.
- ERP experience with IFS, SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Epicor.
- Experience with end-to-end Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) projects.
- Lean / Six Sigma training or certification.
- Experience with Python or Power Query for data preparation.
- Spanish language skills – considered a tiebreaker.

Working Requirement

- Daily overlap: Minimum 3 hours with Mexico Central Time (CT) is required.

- Deliverables: Evidence-based analysis, transparency package, automation pipeline, documentation, and structured handover.
