As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and growth by providing strategic insights and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the founders, to identify opportunities, develop data-driven strategies, and execute key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in business analysis, market research, or strategy consulting
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field from Tier 1 / 2 MBA Schools and 1-2 years of work experience in Digital / ecommerce / new age businesses
