We’re Hiring | Business Analyst – Customer Data Platform / Customer MDM

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Master Data Management (Customer MDM), or Customer 360 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements around customer data and master data
- Work with stakeholders to define customer data models, workflows and business rules
- Analyse customer data quality, duplication, matching and data governance requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams
- Work closely with Data, Engineering, Product and Business teams
- Support Customer 360 / Golden Customer Record initiatives
- Define data mapping,



validation rules and acceptance criteria
- Participate in UAT, data validation and implementation activities

Required Experience

4+ years of Business Analyst experience

Robust understanding of Customer MDM / Customer Data Management

Experience with Customer 360 / Golden Record / Data Quality / Data Governance

Good understanding of data mapping and integration concepts

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Experience working with APIs, databases and enterprise applications is an advantage
