Job Summary

IntelliCredence Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Analyst to support ongoing BAU activities across domestic digital services and take ownership of product value delivery. The role involves requirements gathering, product backlog management, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Manage and prioritize product backlog using Jira.

- Conduct gap analysis, As-Is/To-Be analysis, and process mapping.

- Support BAU activities, change requests, defect tracking, and impact analysis.

- Coordinate between business, technical, development, design, and QA teams.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and maintain documentation using Confluence.





- Support UAT and validate deliverables against business requirements.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-8 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product Ownership.

- Solid experience in Automotive/OEM domain, including sales, marketing, after-sales, and dealer ecosystem.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis/reporting.

- Experience with Automotive CRM/DMS.

- Familiarity with Oracle Siebel, SAP ECC, Salesforce, and Mobility applications.
