Business Analyst

· Analyse and optimize manufacturing processes using data-driven methods.

· Collect, interpret, and present data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to implement process improvements.

· Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to support operational decisions.

· Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production bottlenecks and quality issues.

· Support implementation of digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

· Evaluate current technologies, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

· Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis related to production and resources.

· Work on cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and reduce waste (Lean, Six Sigma principles).





· Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for capital expenditure proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ø MBA or certification in Business/Data Analytics

Ø Strong understanding of business processes and systems.

Ø Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or other BA tools.

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ø Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ø Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or CRM systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
