About the Role

Appzoro.com is looking for a Business Analyst (Delivery Manager) who can coordinate between clients, business teams, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and according to requirements.The ideal candidate should have strong Business Analysis, Project/Delivery Management, and QA & Testing knowledge. You should be comfortable understanding client requirements, preparing documentation, managing project tasks, coordinating teams, and ensuring the final product meets business and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with development and QA teams.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams.
- Review developed features against business requirements.
- Have a good understanding of QA and software testing processes.
- Coordinate functional, regression, integration, UAT, and other relevant testing activities.
- Review and validate test cases and reported bugs.
- Track bugs/issues and coordinate with developers for resolution.
- Perform basic requirement-based testing when required.
- Ensure delivered features meet agreed requirements and quality standards.




- Conduct client demos and assist with UAT and feedback collection.
- Manage requirement changes and communicate their impact on scope and timelines.
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Delivery Management, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Good knowledge of QA and software testing concepts.
- Understanding of functional testing, regression testing, UAT, bug reporting, and test cases.
- Experience working with developers and QA teams.
- Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of web/mobile application development processes.
- Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management and issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a software development company or IT services organization.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, CMS platforms, or web technologies will be an advantage.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
