IIEIM Pune – International Institute of Export Import Management

We are looking for a smart, analytical and highly driven IIT Graduate (Any Branch) to work closely with the Founder’s Office on AI, business strategy, international market research and export-tech initiatives.

This is an excellent prospect for a fresher who wants hands-on business exposure, direct interaction with the Founder, and the opportunity to build real projects from the ground up.

ROLE

Founder’s Office – Business & AI Associate

? Location: Pune

? Eligibility: IIT Graduate – Any Branch

? Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

? Starting Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

? Salary Review: Based on performance and contribution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic business projects
- Use AI tools to improve business processes and productivity
- Research international markets, products and export opportunities
- Analyze country-wise and product-wise trade data
- Research potential international buyers, importers and distributors
- Develop AI-assisted market and buyer research systems
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards and business data
- Support CRM, lead-management and workflow automation
- Analyze digital marketing and lead-generation performance
- Explore new technologies that can be implemented within IIEIM Pune
- Help develop scalable systems for export education and execution
- Prepare business reports, presentations and actionable insights

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We welcome IIT graduates from ANY branch — Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Metallurgy, Mining, Aerospace, Biotechnology, Engineering Physics, Mathematics,



Economics or other disciplines.

Coding is NOT compulsory.

We are primarily looking for:
