We are looking for a Business Analyst-Functional with robust expertise in business requirement analysis, functional documentation, stakeholder management, and translating business requirements into effective functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Understand business processes and translate requirements into transparent and effective functional solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
- Conduct requirement discussions, walkthroughs, clarification sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential risks in business requirements.
- Support UAT, testing, requirement validation, and defect clarification.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Interview Process Round 1 – Logical Assessment:

Candidates will undergo a logical/analytical assessment as the first round of the selection process.

Round 2 – Technical/Functional Interview:

Candidates who successfully qualify Round 1 will be shortlisted and become eligible to appear for Round 2.
