Key Responsibilities

- Support the Quality team in in-process and final quality inspection.
- Assist in identifying and analyzing quality issues, defects, and root causes.
- Support implementation of quality standards, procedures, and control plans.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Assist in RCA, CAPA, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure quality compliance.
- Learn and work with quality tools, measuring instruments, and inspection processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process quality initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.




- Strong interest in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/plant setting.

Training Program The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month structured training program with practical exposure to manufacturing, inspection, quality systems, and plant processes.
