About the RoleWe are looking for a Flea Market Manager to source vendors, plan and execute society-level flea markets, and drive event revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, onboard, and manage vendors across food, lifestyle, crafts, home décor, and other categories.
- Negotiate vendor commercials and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with RWAs, society committees, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage end-to-end event execution including booth allocation, setup, layouts, and on-ground coordination.
- Drive event marketing and customer engagement to increase footfall.
- Track event revenue, expenses, collections, and margins.




- Identify new vendors, partnerships, event formats, and revenue opportunities.
- Resolve on-ground issues and ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements
- Experience in events, vendor management, B2B/B2C sales, or community engagement.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of vendor commercials and profitability.
- Highly energetic, resourceful, and comfortable with field-based work.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
