Core Domain & Functional skills with..

- Deep expertise across Order Man agement, Product Catalogs, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), CRM, Charging, Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Dunning, and Revenue Assurance.

- Mastery of TM Forum frameworks, including eTOM (Business Process Framework), SID(Information Framework), and ODA (Open Digital Architecture) with Open APIs.

- Understanding how BSS interfaces with OSS such as service fulfillment, activation, and resource inventoryas well as core network functions

Technical & Architecture skills in..

- Designing API-led, event-driven, and service-oriented architectures (SOA) using REST, SOAP, Kafka, or microservices.

- Experience with cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)





- Led legacy application assessment, data migration, and decoupling strategies to transition from monolithic systems to modern digital stacks.

- Familiarity with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) BSS stacks like Ericsson, Amdocs, Oracle, Netcracker, or CSG

Methodology & Soft skills with..

- Knowledge of architecture standards like TOGAF or ITIL.

- Facilitated Design Authority boards, aligning technical blueprints with business goals, and managing multi-vendor delivery streams.

- Worked effectively in Agile/Scrum/Secure framework environments
