Job Overview

We are looking for a Brand Property Executive to understand the requirements of clients and brands, identify suitable properties, and coordinate the complete property onboarding process.

The role involves requirement gathering, property matching, communication with property owners and clients, and ensuring smooth coordination from initial discussion to property onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and collect property requirements from clients and brands.
- Gather details such as location, property type, size, budget, parking, accessibility, and other requirements.
- Identify and match suitable properties based on client or brand requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, clients, and internal teams.
- Communicate property details, availability, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate property visits and follow-ups when required.
- Support the property onboarding process from initial discussion to completion.
- Maintain accurate property and client information.
- Follow up with clients, brands, and property owners regularly.




- Ensure smooth end-to-end coordination throughout the property onboarding process.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, brands, property owners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market.
- Ability to understand client and brand requirements.
- Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify suitable properties based on requirements.
- Candidates with relevant real estate knowledge and experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in real estate may also be considered.

Salary & Growth ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's relevant real estate knowledge, industry experience, communication skills, property understanding, and overall suitability for the role.
