We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Brand Promoter to represent our brand at Oberon Mall, Kochi.

The Brand Promoter will be responsible for engaging with mall visitors, introducing customers to our products, creating product awareness, conducting product demonstrations and sampling, generating customer interest, and supporting promotional and sales activities.

Responsibilities

- Represent the brand professionally at Oberon Mall.
- Approach and engage with potential customers.
- Introduce the brand and explain product features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities.
- Encourage customers to try the products and generate interest.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and mall activations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive promotional area.
- Distribute product samples and promotional materials.
- Generate leads and support sales conversions.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the marketing team.
- Maintain daily records of customer interactions and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team.
- Follow company policies, brand guidelines, and promotional standards.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, friendly,



and approachable personality.
- Good customer-handling and presentation skills.
- Comfortable approaching and interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in a busy mall and retail environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in brand promotion, sales, retail, customer service, or marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Working Schedule
