We are looking for a Branding & Marketing Trainee who can take ownership of end-to-end marketing and branding activities for two growing businesses — Kefilo (food & nutrition) and HiWox (healthcare & wellness).
This is a hands-on role. You will not be limited to social media posting — you will be involved in building the brands, generating leads, creating partnerships and executing marketing activities both online and offline.
What you will handle
- Build and execute marketing strategies for Kefilo and HiWox
- Manage social media, content planning and brand communication
- Create campaigns, promotions and marketing initiatives
- Identify and develop B2B and B2C partnerships
- Generate leads through online and offline activities
- Visit gyms, hospitals, wellness centres, businesses and potential partners
- Handle brand activations, events and local marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, content creators and other team members
- Track marketing performance, leads and conversions
- Research competitors, customers and new marketing opportunities
- Help build the brands from the ground up
What we are looking for
- Valuable understanding of branding and marketing
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Comfortable meeting people and building partnerships
- Ability to independently plan and execute marketing activities
- Willingness to work both online and offline
- Creative mindset with a practical approach to marketing
- Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Basic understanding of Canva, content creation and digital marketing
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings, partnerships and marketing activities
Mandatory requirements
- Must have a bike
- Must have a valid driving licence (DL)
- Must have a personal laptop
- Must be based in or around Bhubaneswar
- Comfortable with regular field work and offline meetings
Compensation
₹20,000/month
This role is suitable for someone who wants to actually learn how brands are built — from strategy and content to partnerships, field marketing, customer acquisition and execution.
If you are someone who wants a routine 9-to-5 marketing job with only social media posting, this role may not be the right fit.
