We help clients identify suitable properties and provide end-to-end support from requirement gathering to property onboarding and coordination.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Brand Partnership Executive to build and maintain relationships with brands and businesses, understand their property requirements, identify suitable options, and coordinate the complete property onboarding process.

The role involves requirement gathering, property matching, brand communication, property onboarding, and end-to-end coordination with clients, property owners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with brands and businesses to understand their property requirements.
- Gather requirements such as location, property type, size, budget, parking, accessibility, frontage, and other business needs.
- Identify and match suitable properties based on brand requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners and internal teams to identify suitable property options.
- Share property details and shortlisted options with brands.
- Coordinate property visits and discussions when required.
- Support the complete property onboarding process.




- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with brands and property owners.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with brands, businesses, and property owners.
- Coordinate between clients, owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records of brand requirements, property details, and follow-ups.
- Support the team in developing new brand and business partnerships.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of real estate and commercial properties.
- Ability to understand business and property requirements.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify suitable properties based on client or brand requirements.
- Candidates with relevant real estate or business development experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in real estate may also apply.

Salary & Incentives ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's relevant real estate knowledge, industry experience, understanding of commercial properties, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
