We’re hiring a Brand & Marketing Designer to join RetronAI and help shape how our brand looks across social media, campaigns, product launches, and marketing channels.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for modern visual design who can turn ideas and messaging into clean, engaging, and high-quality creative assets.

What you'll work on

- Design static creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other social channels
- Create carousels, campaign graphics, launch creatives, and promotional assets
- Design paid advertising creatives across different platforms
- Develop visual concepts for product announcements, features, and marketing campaigns
- Create illustrations, graphics, thumbnails, banners, and other brand assets
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing touchpoints
- Work closely with the marketing and motion design teams to translate campaigns into robust visual concepts
- Adapt designs across multiple formats, sizes, and platforms
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve RetronAI’s visual language and brand

What we're looking for

- 1-3 years of experience in visual design, brand design, graphic design, or marketing design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, digital campaigns, branding, or advertising work
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, spacing,



and color
- Ability to create modern, polished designs suitable for a technology/SaaS brand
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail and design quality
- Comfortable taking ownership of creatives from concept to final output
- Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to have

- Experience designing for SaaS, AI, technology, or startup brands
- Experience creating paid social and performance marketing creatives
- Basic illustration skills
- Understanding of motion design or the ability to collaborate effectively with motion designers
- Experience building or maintaining brand guidelines and design systems
