What you will do

•

Own Boombay's brand identity and creative direction end to end

•

Define tone of voice, visual language, and brand positioning across all channels

•

Lead creative output for social media content calendar, scripts, visuals, and copy

•

Manage and direct the brand agency with transparent briefs and measurable outcomes

•

Build and oversee influencer collaborations with a focus on authenticity, not just reach

•

Produce ad creatives for performance campaigns in coordination with the D2C Manager

•

Ensure brand consistency across packaging, platform listings, and all consumer touchpoints

•





Track brand metrics awareness, follows, and content performance, ctr and iterate fast

- Ensure customer BAU is ongoing and the data flow is constant
- Craft customer hypothesis and ensure that we are speaking to the customer across all touchpoints
- Work with the performance marketer to design the content funnels
- Product specific messaging, marketing and distribution strategies

Who you are You've worked inside a D2C food or FMCG brand at an early growth stage where the brand was still being defined and built, not just maintained. You've created content that actually moved product, not just content that looked good. You understand the difference between brand building and brand spending, and you've had to make that argument internally with limited budgets. Experience with sauce, condiment, or food categories is a strong plus.
