The Role

We're looking for a confident, articulate professional who can be the face of Dischh Marketing to our clients. You'll understand what clients need, translate it into transparent briefs for our creative team, and make sure every project is delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction. You don't need to be a designer, but you should have a good eye for design and understand what makes a brand work.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Conduct client meetings to understand business goals, target audience, and branding requirements
- Prepare clear creative briefs and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video teams to execute them
- Present concepts, designs, and campaigns to clients confidently and gather structured feedback
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and revisions so work is completed on schedule
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients (upselling and cross-selling)
- Support new business pitches, proposals,



and presentations
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and client communication records

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience, preferably at a branding, design, or advertising agency
- Good understanding of branding fundamentals: logos, visual identity, typography, colour, packaging, and brand guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong presentation skills and the confidence to pitch ideas to business owners and senior decision-makers
- Ability to give constructive feedback to the creative team and explain the reasoning behind design choices to clients
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Workspace/MS Office, Canva, and project management tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or Business Administration is preferred
