• Communication Strategy · Develop and execute BiofuelCircle's brand and communication strategy aligned with business strategy, growth priorities and brand positioning. Translate business and customer insights into communication strategies, campaign briefs and narratives. Develop communication frameworks for different stakeholder groups including industrial buyers, suppliers, farmers, partners, policymakers, employees and ecosystem stakeholders. · Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, visual identity and messaging across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints. Act as the custodian of the BiofuelCircle brand and ensure every communication strengthens the desired brand perception. Identify and build compelling stories around innovation, digital platform capabilities, technology, supply-chain transformation, rural ecosystem impact, customer success, sustainability impact, business growth and industry leadership. Identify opportunities for leadership participation in industry forums, conferences, panels, podcasts, interviews and digital platforms.

Establish

BiofuelCircle as a credible voice on bioenergy, biomass, circular economy, decarbonization and digital transformation of the bio-carbon supply chain.

Product

Positioning & Marketing Communication Partner with Product, E-Commerce, Business and Marketing teams on Go-to-Market strategy and product launches. Lead integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, trade media, industry platforms and relevant offline channels.

Media

Relations & PR Support issues and crisis communication, including rapid response coordination and development of appropriate communication.



Digital & Social Communications Own the strategic direction and content narrative for BiofuelCircle's external digital presence. Manage and strengthen corporate social media channels in partnership with the digital/content team.

Content & Storytelling Develop high-quality external content including corporate stories, blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website content, press releases, leadership articles, social media content, videos and event narratives.

Internal

Alignment & Employer Brand Partner with HR and leadership to develop employee advocacy and leadership communication programs where relevant. Identify opportunities to strengthen BiofuelCircle's reputation as an employer in climate-tech, digital platforms and the bioenergy ecosystem. Manage PR, creative, content, digital and other communication agencies.

Manage communication budgets and optimize external agency investments. Measurement & Brand Intelligence Track metrics such as brand awareness, share of voice, media quality and reach, sentiment, leadership visibility, digital engagement, campaign effectiveness, content performance and thought-leadership impact. Go beyond activity reporting to identify what communication is changing in the market and how it is contributing to business outcomes.

Work with a fast-growing company in the bio-energy sector. Collaborate with a dynamic and motivated cross- functional team of sales, customer success, operations, and product development 8–10 years of experience in Brand, Corporate Communications, PR, Marketing Communications or Integrated Communications. ~ Experience in a B2B, technology, industrial, energy, climate-tech, infrastructure or digital-platform environment is preferred. ~ Excellent written and verbal communication ~ Robust storytelling and narrative-building ability ~ Strong media and PR skills ~ Digital and social media understanding & Stakeholder management ~ Data-driven decision making ~
