About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Brand Content Strategist & Social Media Executive to manage our brand perception and elevate our digital presence across all social channels.

In this role, you will be the voice and visual curator of our brand. You will be responsible for planning content strategies, writing compelling copy, designing visual assets, and executing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and establish a distinct market identity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Identity & Image Building

- Define, protect, and evolve the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Craft multi-channel messaging strategies to strengthen brand perception, positioning, and authority in the industry.
- Maintain visual consistency across all social media channels, landing pages, and promo materials.

2. Social Media Strategy & Execution

- Plan, manage, and execute the monthly social media content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Write high-converting, creative copy for social posts, captions, reels, stories, and video scripts.
- Collaborate on or produce visual assets (graphics, short-form videos/reels, carousels, and banners) using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere.
- Launch and monitor organic and paid social media campaigns aligned with business goals.

3. Community & Reputation Management

- Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster strong relationships.
- Monitor online sentiment and brand mentions,



maintaining a positive brand reputation and managing PR queries when needed.
- Partner with creators, industry influencers, and brand advocates to execute co-marketing campaigns.

4. Performance Analytics & Optimization

- Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversions).
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- A/B test content formats, posting schedules, and messaging to continually optimize campaign performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 6months –1 year of experience in social media management, content strategy, or brand copywriting (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns, strong copywriting, creative content assets, and brand storytelling.
- Content Tools: Proficiency with design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut).
- Social Tools: Hands-on experience with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Copywriting: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a solid eye for detail, grammar, and brand voice.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret social metrics and translate data into creative content improvements.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

- Experience with basic photography or videography.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing funnels, and performance marketing (paid social ads).
- Experience with influencer marketing or community outreach.

Pay: ₹15,418.93 - ₹25,636.33 per month
