Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Sales Manager to manage branch operations, lead the sales team, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, guide and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
- Handle client consultations and convert leads into sales.
- Manage walk-ins, follow-ups and customer relationships.
- Monitor branch sales performance, revenue and daily reports.
- Train and motivate the team to improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants and other departments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and proper branch discipline.
Requirements
- Graduate / equivalent qualification.
- Solid experience in sales and branch management is required.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, skincare, aesthetics or similar industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with strong team-handling ability.
- Good knowledge of sales follow-up and customer conversion.
