Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 3+ Years
Products: LAP & Micro Secured Business Loans
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct branch-level audits of sales and sourcing activities for LAP & Micro Secured Business Loan products.
- Review customer files, KYC, income documents, property documents and other required documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, process controls and regulatory requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, process deviations, documentation gaps and potential fraud indicators.
- Conduct field verification and customer checks wherever required.
- Audit sourcing through Direct Sales channels.
- Review sales MIS, login-to-disbursement data, rejection cases and branch-level reports.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and corrective-action recommendations.
- Coordinate with Branch, Sales, Credit, Operations and Collections
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
