Trinity International Tours & Travels is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to manage our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the branch team.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Handle customer enquiries, travel bookings, and tour package requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners.

- Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.

- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel service providers.

- Ensure smooth execution of bookings, tours, and travel arrangements.

- Handle customer concerns and ensure high-quality service.

- Prepare and monitor sales reports, branch performance,



and other operational records.

- Train and guide team members to improve productivity and sales performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.

- Previous experience in a Branch Manager / Team Lead / Senior Travel Consultant role is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of tour packages, travel bookings, and tourism products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

- Leadership and team management abilities.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Knowledge of MS Office and travel-related software is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
