Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India, responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring smooth delivery of financial services. This role includes managing branch staff, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring performance to meet sales, collections, and customer service targets.

Manager will drive business development for loan products, build and maintain customer relationships, and coordinate local marketing and outreach activities.

Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, monitoring risk and credit quality, and preparing regular reports on branch performance.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop branch staff.
- Experience in branch operations, loan products, and retail banking or NBFC environments, preferably with gold, auto, home, or personal loans.
- Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Business development and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and identifying local market opportunities.
- Operational and regulatory compliance knowledge, including basic understanding of credit processes, risk management, and documentation standards.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and basic branch management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of local languages in Goa is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in finance or banking are a plus.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Goa, India, with a customer-focused, ethical, and results-oriented approach.
