- Business Growth: Drive loan disbursement targets, market penetration, and customer acquisition within the assigned rural or semi-urban territory.
- Group Lending Operations: Oversee group formations, conduct center meetings, and manage end-to-end credit appraisal and loan processing.
- Portfolio & Delinquency Management: Monitor portfolio quality, track repayment rates, control delinquencies, and implement robust collection strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise field staff, credit officers, and branch personnel to maintain high productivity.

Pay: ₹14,542.80 - ₹48,699.52 per month
