Role Description The Branch Manager role in Raipur is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing overall branch operations and business growth.

The Branch

Manager will lead and supervise branch staff, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include managing the home loan and related product portfolio, driving customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring high-quality customer service at the branch. The role involves reviewing and approving loan proposals within delegated authority, tracking performance metrics,



and implementing strategies to improve productivity and portfolio quality.

Manager will also coordinate with regional and corporate teams, build strong relationships with local channel partners, and represent the brand in the local market.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in driving branch-level growth and achieving revenue and portfolio targets.
- Proficiency in branch operations and process management, with the ability to oversee documentation, underwriting workflows, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities, including team supervision, performance coaching, and staff development.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with an emphasis on service quality, problem-solving, and retention of key clients and partners.
- Sound understanding of housing finance or retail lending products; prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills for evaluating loan proposals, assessing risk, and maintaining portfolio health.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external channel partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or professional certification in finance or management is an advantage.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic MS Office applications for reporting and branch performance tracking.
