We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- :Manage and supervise daily hotel operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and manage hotel staff effectively.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall hotel standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of hotel policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and staff management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and guest-handling abilities.
- Candidates with relevant hotel operations experience will be preferred.

Salary upto 30k CTC
