Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the clinic team to achieve business and service targets.

- Drive branch revenue, sales, client acquisition, and customer retention.

- Manage appointments, enquiries, follow-ups, consultations, and conversions.

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational performance.

- Ensure the team consistently achieves assigned targets and KPIs.

- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, consultants, and support staff for smooth operations.

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, clinic presentation, service quality, and professionalism.

- Monitor inventory, stock, and other branch requirements.

- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to management.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience,



team performance, and branch growth.

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in branch management, clinic management, sales management, or operations management.

- Experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or premium service businesses is preferred.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales, conversion, and customer relationship skills.

- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Qualified, confident, and well-presented personality.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
