BPO Telecaller Job Overview We are seeking a confident, articulate, and customer-oriented BPO Telecaller to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a qualified manner.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and processes clearly.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams for customer-related requirements.
- Follow established calling procedures, quality standards,



and company policies.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Candidate

Profile - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and active-listening abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

- Prior experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
