Job Summary: The BPO Associate/Junior Associate reviews security video events and quickly assesses and classifies activity as a threat, non-threat, or unverifiable event. The agent may also conduct live talkdowns by connecting to an on-site speaker to deter unwanted or suspicious activity. This role requires sound visual judgment, urgency, and consistent adherence to the procedures.
Shift: Night Shift
Qualifications:
- Fresher / Minimum 1 Year of Prior relevant Experience
- Graduate and ability to satisfy applicable background screening requirements.
- Strong observation, critical thinking, decision-making, and computer skills.
- Clear verbal & written english and the ability to deliver authoritative Talkdown instructions calmly and professionally.
- Ability to remain focused during repetitive or high-volume video review and write clear, factual event notes.
- Experience in video monitoring, security, alarm verification, dispatching, loss prevention, or public safety is preferred.
- Ability to work on Night shifts and 24-hour monitoring environment.
