Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kukunoor for a B.Pharm graduate interested in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, QA/QC, medical representative work, or pharmacovigilance. Day-to-day activities may include supporting production operations, assisting in quality control and quality assurance processes, and maintaining documentation aligned with regulatory and safety standards. Depending on the assignment, the role can involve engaging with healthcare professionals as a medical representative, providing product information, and gathering feedback from the field.

In pharmacovigilance-related tasks, the role may include collecting and reviewing safety data, reporting adverse events, and contributing to risk assessment.



The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to standard operating procedures, and continuous learning to stay current with pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

- Completed Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution with a solid understanding of pharmaceutical sciences.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and production processes, including GMP, documentation, and basic equipment handling.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control principles, such as standard testing methods, compliance checks, and record keeping.
- Interest or experience in medical representative responsibilities, including product detailing, relationship building with healthcare professionals, and field reporting.
- Awareness of pharmacovigilance concepts, adverse event reporting, and basic regulatory requirements for drug safety monitoring.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Ability to work on-site in Kukunoor, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of office productivity tools and electronic documentation systems.
- Willingness to learn, openness to training across multiple functional areas, and commitment to ethical and patient-focused pharmaceutical practice.
