We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a rapid-growing UK-based Social Commerce business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic workplace and takes pride in maintaining accurate, reliable financial records.

Our client is transforming how brands grow through Social Commerce, providing an end-to-end solution spanning logistics, forecasting, affiliate management and Live Shopping. With a growing team and ambitious plans, they are looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping, payments, invoices and financial reporting while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the business.

Our client is a fast-growing UK-based Social Commerce business focused on helping brands unlock new revenue opportunities through socially enabled transactions.

They manage a portfolio of exciting brands and provide an end-to-end Social Commerce solution covering everything from logistics and forecasting to affiliate management and Live Shopping. Combining deep industry expertise with technology, the business is changing the way brands approach one of the fastest-growing channels in E-commerce.

With a team of approximately 70 people and a dedicated finance team, this is an opportunity to join an ambitious scale-up where accuracy, ownership and continuous improvement are highly valued.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who will play an important role in keeping the company’s financial records accurate and up to date, with a particular focus on invoices, payments and day-to-day bookkeeping.

You’ll work closely with the wider finance team and internal and external stakeholders,



taking ownership of financial transactions, reconciliations and reporting. You’ll need to be highly organised, comfortable working to deadlines and confident investigating discrepancies to identify their root cause.

The right person will bring a builder mentality and enjoy improving processes as the company continues to scale.

Responsibilities - What you’ll be doing:

- Processing partner invoices accurately and on time.
- Managing and processing partner payments.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Supporting day-to-day financial bookkeeping and reporting.
- Recording and reconciling financial transactions, including cash inflows and accounts payable/receivable activities where required.
- Investigating financial discrepancies and identifying their root causes.
- Ensuring transactions are reconciled accurately and within required deadlines.
- Working with the finance team and stakeholders across the business to maintain financial accuracy and alignment.
- Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoices, payments and other financial matters.
- Using accounting and reporting systems to maintain accurate financial information.
- Supporting the development and improvement of bookkeeping and finance processes as the business continues to scale.

Requirements - What we’re looking for: We think the right candidate will tick most of the following boxes:

- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in bookkeeping, financial operations, finance or accounting.




- A Finance or Accounting degree .
- Strong practical experience managing financial transactions, invoices, payments and reconciliations.
- Experience using cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or Zoho.
- Xero experience is highly desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver accurate work against tight deadlines.
- Confident verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
- Experience working at or with brands selling through online marketplaces would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working within a scale-up business would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools such as Dext , Google Sheets and marketplace reporting platforms such as TikTok would be an advantage.

Work Schedule As the client is UK-based, you will be required to work UK daytime hours:

- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 - 17:00 GMT
- 13:30 - 22:30 IST

Pay & Benefits - What we offer:

- Annual CTC: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000
