Summary: UST is looking for BPM Product Configuration Analyst The Opportunity: Role Summary

- The Product Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring and maintaining healthcare products, groups, benefit plans, and related system components within TriZetto Facets.
- The role ensures timely and accurate implementation of group setups, renewals, plan changes, and maintenance requests while meeting quality, productivity, compliance, and turnaround-time requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Product & Group Configuration

- Configure healthcare products, groups, accounts, sub-accounts, and benefit structures in TriZetto Facets.
- Implement new group setups, renewals, amendments, terminations, and maintenance requests.
- Configure benefit plans, accumulators, eligibility rules, and plan attributes.
- Maintain configuration components and related system parameters.
- Support implementation of current products and benefit changes. Requirements Analysis
- Review PDRs, benefit documents, implementation guides, contracts, and business requirements.
- Interpret product and group design requirements.
- Translate approved business requirements into TriZetto Facets configuration.
- Identify and escalate requirement gaps, conflicts, or dependencies. Validation & Testing
- Conduct unit testing of completed configurations.
- Verify configuration accuracy against source requirements.
- Support QA testing and timely defect resolution.
- Address fallout and production support issues. Operational Support




- Monitor assigned configuration work queues.
- Meet service-level and turnaround-time requirements.
- Support implementation and deployment activities.
- Participate in issue resolution and production stabilization activities.

Documentation :

- Maintain configuration documentation and evidence.
- Update implementation logs and supporting records.
- Follow established configuration standards and procedures.
- Contribute to knowledge management repositories.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of healthcare benefit plan and group configuration in TriZetto Facets.
- Understanding of group setup and implementation processes.
- Ability to analyze benefit documents, contracts, and business requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of healthcare payer configuration experience.
- Experience supporting product or group implementations.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance products and benefit structures.

Required Platform:

- Hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets product, benefit, or group configuration. Domain Knowledge
- Healthcare payer operations.
- Benefit plan design.
- Enrolment and membership.
- Claims processing.
- Provider networks.
- Commercial, ACA, Medicare, and Medicaid products.
