We are looking for a Battery Pack Design Engineer with around 3 years of hands-on experience in battery pack hardware design and development. The role involves supporting the design, prototyping, testing, and validation of high-reliability battery packs for demanding applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support battery pack hardware architecture, design, and development.
- Design and work on cell configurations, busbars, interconnects, connectors, and protection components.
- Prepare and maintain schematics, BOMs, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Support cell characterisation, prototype development, and battery pack testing.
- Perform electrical and functional testing under different charging, discharging, and temperature conditions.
- Support validation of battery protection and BMS functions.
- Analyse test results, troubleshoot issues, and support root-cause analysis and design improvements.
- Work with BMS, electronics, firmware, mechanical, thermal, and testing teams for pack integration.
- Coordinate with suppliers for battery components and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 3 years of relevant experience in battery pack design, electrical/ electronic design, or related engineering roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Lithium-ion battery packs, preferably cylindrical cells.
- Positive understanding of battery pack architecture and BMS fundamentals.
- Experience with electrical schematics, BOMs, drawings, and hardware documentation.
- Hands-on exposure to testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP):

- Hands-on experience in battery pack / battery hardware design.
- Experience with Lithium-ion cylindrical cells.
- Exposure to EV, battery manufacturing, energy storage, aerospace, or defence industries.
- Strong practical approach to hardware development and testing.
- Candidates from Tier-1 engineering colleges preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
