We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer / Technical Lead Battery Management System (BMS) Development to join our growing EV and Automotive Engineering team.

- Location: Bangalore Experience: 8+ Years

Key Requirements:
- Solid expertise in MATLAB, Simulink & Stateflow Experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development

Hands-on exposure to Battery Management Systems (BMS) / Battery Pack Development preferred

Knowledge of System Composer and DaVinci Developer

Strong model review, debugging, and requirement analysis skills

Experience in Software V-Cycle Development Process

Proven team leadership experience, managing a team of 3+ engineers

Planning, tracking, and milestone management expertise

Preferred Skills:
- Battery algorithms (SOC, SOH, SOP, Cell Balancing, Thermal Management)

AUTOSAR exposure

C Programming & Debugging

EV/Hybrid Vehicle development experience

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
