We are seeking a focused Biomedical Engineer to join our Tendering Department. This is a 100% office-based role focused on the technical and administrative aspects of government medical tenders. There is no requirement to travel or meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Sourcing: Searching and identifying Government Medical Tenders through Google and official portals.

Manufacturer Coordination: Contacting manufacturing companies via phone or email to collect price quotations and technical features.

Technical Comparison: Creating detailed Excel sheets to compare machine specifications and pricing.

Equipment Study: Analyzing equipment features for 15–20 minutes to ensure they meet specific client and tender requirements.

Documentation: Managing the full flow of technical data from manufacturers to our internal database.

Request quotations, technical specifications, product catalogues, certifications, and other required documents.

Coordinate with overseas companies regarding product availability, pricing,



specifications, and tender requirements.

Contact international manufacturers and suppliers through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

Requirements

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering. or needed spoken english with excellent in excel

Freshers and interns with fluent English communication skills and a solid willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role, as the position involves regular communication with international manufacturers and suppliers.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data comparison and professional email communication.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to study and understand medical machine features quickly.
