Job Discrimination Job Title : Service Engineer - Medical Surgical Equipment Reports to : Service Engineer Location : Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai -700405 Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing medical surgical equipment on sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Installation/Demonstration, Maintenance, and Repai r: Install, Demonstrate, maintain, and repair all equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. 2 .

Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3 .

Preventive Maintenance : Perform routine preventive maintenance on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. 4 .

Technical Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including service reports, maintenance records, and equipment histories. 5.

Training and Development : Participate in training and development programs to stay current with new technologies, equipment & surgical procedure. 6 .

Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, and maintain a protected working environment. 7.

Nature : Ready to travel on pan India level with flexible working hours.

Requirements: 1.





Education : Diploma in engineering/ITI or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, electronics and mechatronics. 2.

Experience : Minimum 6-10 years of experience in servicing medical equipment or equivalent. 3.

Technical Skills : Strong technical knowledge of electronic equipment, including troubleshooting and repair. 4 .

Communication Skills : Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. 5.

Certifications : Relevant certifications, such as CBET (Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician) or CLES (Certified Laboratory Equipment Specialist).

Preferred Qualifications : 1 .

Additional Experience : Experience with specific medical equipment modalities, such as surgical laser, surgical microwave, or Portable X-ray and human anatomy. 2.

Specialized Certifications : Specialized certifications, such as X-Ray machine or Microwave service certifications.
